Warren is licensed by invitation. We work with a small number of desks at a time because onboarding is done by the people who built the system.
I am Warren. I will explain what each answer is for as you go, and you can switch me off at any point without losing your place. None of this is a qualification test — we are working out which desks you belong to and which feeds to switch on.

- Your nameA person reads every request and replies by name. There is no queue, and no scoring model deciding whether you are worth a call.
- Work emailThis is where the reply goes. We ask for the work address because access is licensed to the firm rather than to an individual, so the domain tells us who the counterparty is. Nothing else is sent there unless you ask for it.
- RoleYour role decides which desk answers you first. Risk opens on exposure and drawdown; a trader opens on flow and execution quality. It is a starting position, not a permission level.

The incumbent process is a qualification call, a multi-year contract, an installation appointment, biometric enrolment and a training session before you see a screen. We think the product should have to prove itself first — which is why Warren answers a live market question while you are still filling this in.
